SILESIAN FLOUR is the newest investment of Silesian Group, created to address the needs of the market for innovative and functional ingredients. Our modern production plant and unique FlexFarina process allow us to produce specialty flours modified in a natural way. Heat treated flours can be used as functional ingredients in different industries due to the following characteristics:

• longer shelf life

SILESIAN GROUP

The Group consists of agricultural, grain processing, trade and industrial production companies operating since 1996. We cultivate more than 3.500 ha of land and operate as one of the leading grain producers and processors in Poland. Our facilities include grain elevators, flour and corn mills and research laboratories.

Our advantage is the full traceability of the raw material supply chain for the production needs within the Group. Cultivated grain is being processed in our modern mills. After the milling process, we modify the flour at the brand new heat treatment plant (opened in 2015).
