Silesian Flour is the most innovative plant of the Silesian Group.
It was established in response to the growing expectations and demands of our Customers for products with a wide range of applications that offer added value.
The modern plant and unconventional production process of FlexFarina, through the application of natural physical processes, enable us to provide our consumers with specialized flours.
These solutions are used as functional additives for various branches of the food industry.
Based on raw materials produced within the Silesian Group, we control our production process from grain cultivation to the finished product.

What is our FlexFarina? technology?
FlexFarina FlexFarina is the name of our hydrothermal treatment technology for flours, which is a hybrid installation developed in 2013 and launched in 2015. Its name combines „flexibility” and „farina” (Italian for flour), indicating that our flours are tailor-made to meet specific client needs. Specialists from Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, and Poland participated in designing the facility. The result was a multifunctional flour processing line capable of drying, steaming, pre-gelatinizing, and sterilizing flour

The range of thermal treatment parameters for FHT (flour heat treated) flours is extensive, allowing for the rapid and efficient development of new functional raw materials. Our facility offers the production of traditional FHT flours, known worldwide for over 30 years, as well as new specialized versions of these products. Functional FHT flours serve as bases for breading systems and as interesting thickening and structuring agents in convenience food production.
