The Quality Control Department is the guardian of maintaining the appropriate parameters of the raw materials used and the manufactured products.
Accuracy, insight, uncompromising attitude, diligence and commitment are the basic features of our qualified specialists.
The Quality Control Department oversees every stage of production of our products, starting from the receipt of the raw material and its proper storage, through ongoing control of the process and product parameters, to supervision of its packaging and shipment to the Customer. This department is responsible for verifying activities related to health safety, product legality, authenticity and food protection, and also oversees the processes of maintaining the cleanliness of machines and devices. It also cooperates with Suppliers in maintaining optimal parameters in the raw materials and packaging used for production.
The Quality Control Department uses specialist equipment to test:
– moisture
– viscosity
– particle size distribution
– water absorption
– falling number
– presence of allergens
– pH
– protein content
– fat content
– ash content
Meeting the requirements of our customers is our highest priority, which is confirmed by the BRC standard certificate obtained thanks to our commitment and readiness to continuously improve production processes and take care of all their stages.
We also offer products produced in accordance with HALAL and KOSHER requirements.
